Project Overview and Timeline
Our proposal is built around a structured timeline, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate impact as soon as you sign the agreement. Below is an outline of the process and key milestones we will achieve together.

Phase 1: Onboarding and Setup (Week 1)
Integration with Meta Business Suite to takeover ad campaigns. This needs to be done with other platforms, as applicable, such as Google Ads. Also need access to GoHighLevel CRM for migration and management purposes. Includes installation of the tracking pixel on main website and on your custom landing pages (in CRM).

Phase 2: Discovery and Campaign Preparation (Week 2-3)
Comprehensive inventory and discovery session. This includes new ad copy creation, as well as new campaign creation and launching revised ad campaigns across multiple platforms, with emphasis on Facebook.

Phase 3: Optimization and Expansion (Months 2-3)
Continued campaign optimization with potential of adding a new LinkedIn outreach campaign, as well as branding campaigns using Connected TV, as well as further intent-list building and data integration.

Integration with Meta Business Suite and Other Platforms
We will need administrative access to your Meta Business Suite, Google Ads platform, and any other advertising networks you are currently using. This access will allow us to begin optimizing your campaigns and ensure all platforms are working in harmony.

Access to GoHighLevel CRM
We will require a login to your GoHighLevel CRM. Our team will conduct a thorough audit to understand your current workflows, third-party plugins, and any custom integrations.

CRM Migration and Management
Post-audit, we will perform a seamless migration that integrates your GoHighLevel CRM with bPUBLIC's advanced tools. This process will enhance your CRM's capabilities while maintaining your ownership.

Installation of the Tracking Pixel
We will install our Visitor ID Pixel on your website and landing pages. This pixel will enable us to identify anonymous visitors, converting them into actionable leads within your CRM.
Phase 2: Discovery and Campaign Preparation
Comprehensive Inventory and Discovery Session
We will conduct an in-depth discovery session to gain a deeper understanding of your products, services, and target audience. This session will inform the strategies we develop for your campaigns.
Ad Copy Creation
Leveraging our AI Content Writer, we will produce a range of ad copy tailored to your brand voice and marketing goals. This copy will be provided to your design team for the creation of compelling visuals.
Campaign Creation and Launch
We will set up and launch unlimited campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Spotify. Each campaign will be aligned with your budgetary constraints, ensuring maximum ROI without exceeding your financial limits.

Over the next two months, our focus will shift to optimizing your campaigns. We will continuously monitor performance, adjusting strategies to increase conversions while reducing your cost per click.

LinkedIn Outreach Campaign
We will implement a LinkedIn outreach campaign targeting resolved leads with LinkedIn profiles. If there is no response to our initial LinkedIn messages, we will automate a follow-up email sequence to ensure no lead is left behind.

To strengthen your branding efforts, we recommend integrating Connected TV (CTV) ads into your marketing mix during months two and three. This will create a true multi-channel campaign, reaching your audience through various touchpoints, including premium streaming platforms.

To accomplish all of the above, we propose a setup fee of $3,500 and a flat monthly management fee of $5,500. This investment covers all aspects of campaign management, from initial setup to ongoing optimization and expansion.
